The
Sniper™ is a revolutionary product for measuring the wheel alignment settings
of your kart. They are supplied as a matched and calibrated pair, CNC machined
out of billet aircraft grade aluminium. Each unit in the pair contains Class 2
industrial grade laser diodes and precision spirit level vials.
The
Sniper™ works by projecting a laser beam from one side of the kart to the
other, at a visual grid system on the opposing unit.
Both camber and toe readings can then be seen simultaneously either with the
kart on the trolley, or on the ground with wheels on and the kart fully loaded. Note:
It has come to our attention that the B2 may not fit the hubs
supplied with the MoGo braking system on some CRG chassis' sold in
the USA. These hubs do not use a conventional 40mm mounting
diameter. The units can still be used, however, the rotor/hub
assembly must be removed first to mount the units on the 17mm
spindle.

The
new B4 & B2 version (the B designation being for front
brake equipped karts) are the latest developments from the
Sniper™ range.
The B2 is basically a taller version of
the original Sniper™ so as to clear the kart's front brake
disc and caliper.
It's main
features are:

Units machined
from billet aluminium. Comes standard as clear anodised but
may be coloured depending on OEM brands

Mounting on
17mm spindles or 40mm hubs is included as a standard
feature. Small clearance fit onto spindle or hub with
thumbscrew activated clamping mechanism.

Supplied with
polycarbonate template and extruded plastic stand with
double sided tape included for setting True Steering Center
and comparing Caster.

Low
reflectivity decals in matt finish to maintain a sealed unit while providing the
ultimate in laser dot accuracy.

Comes packaged
in a custom aluminium suite case with foam insert.
